In Hell, Mammon teases Malebolgia as his plans crumble. Spawn and Angela have defeated Urizen and are now coming for Malebolgia himself.

Spawn confronts his master alone at first, but is happily surprised when Angela joins in the fight. When the battle is finished, only Spawn remains - he is then congratulated by Mammon.

On Earth, Wanda has been rushed to the emergency room as something has gone wrong with her pregnancy. When all hope seems lost, help comes straight from Heaven and Wanda survives (with newborn twins)!

Due to his actions, Spawn is offered a pardon from Heaven and entrance into their gates, but believing that Heaven is just as corrupt as Hell, Spawn declines. He then issues Heaven a warning - stay away from Earth.
