Box of Eden*

The box of Eden is a mysterious and ornate box that holds, among other things, what was said to be the last piece of the Garden of Eden. It was recovered by Mammon through a proxy named Ben Nakadai.

When it was opened, it released a number of lost souls (which Spawn tracked down and laid to rest) and Ben Nakadai's was cursed to walk the halls of his hotel forever. Mammon then delivered the box to Cain as part of a bargain in which Cain would finally kill himself.

In Hell, Cain used the box to distract Spawn long enough to usurp the throne and steal the crown of Hell for himself.
