Not very often. I just scan broadly every day that I can and once in awhile one shows up and goes almost immediately. Have to be careful if you care about specific contents because the picture of the one for sale doesn't always match what you get - - caused by the seller just using whatever stock picture was available and usually not comparing their box to the picture. The best ones are still in original seals so it would be up to you if you wanted to break it open or not. Good luck.
