Alias: St. Anthony's Convalescent Home

A New York hospital that housed the mysterious Patient 47 for a time. After Patient 47 woke from his coma, he was under tight observation at St. Anthony's. That is until a super-powered bounty hunter named "The Extractor" arrived to kidnap the mystery patient.

In the fight that ensued, St. Anthony's was basically destroyed in a series of explosions. Afterwards, all patients were transferred out to other hospitals, including Patient 47.

Later, while investigating the story, reporter Marc Rosen discovered the Hospital's shady history and possible connections to organized crime. As it turned out, the hospital was run by the Nortego Cartel and housed a number of mysterious patients.

Sally (1)
A ghost who came to reside within the House on Marston Street. Sally was a seven year old girl in 1930 when she was killed playing jump rope. She was in front of her apartment when someone came and dragged her into an alley and slit her throat.

After a time, her ghost came to reside in the House along with a number of other ghosts. They were held captive by a demon living in the cellar, but some grew to like living together. Sally enjoyed the company of Twitch's son Max, and when Spawn and Twitch came to take him away, Sally reacted.

She shot Twitch in an effort to get him to stay as well, but it did not work. Spawn fought the demon from the cellar and won, after which the house and all the ghosts within were sucked into a vortex and disappeared.

Sanctuary

A black void of a place existing in an unknown capacity, possibly within Al Simmons. It is the receptacle in which all of The Legion were deposited and stayed throughout Al Simmons' time as Spawn.

Just before Al Simmons committed suicide, he paid sanctuary one last visit and spoke with Jim Downing. There Jim explained his choice to stay behind whereas all the rest of the Legion had gone. Jim thought Al was operating under the assumption that when he left, Sanctuary would cease to exist. But Jim was afraid it would remain and the next soul to be deposited there would be alone, without the Legion, in a black solitude forever. For this reason, Jim stayed behind and took up the mantle of Spawn.

Sanctuary may be synonymous with other mysterious locations such as The Abyss, The Black, The Shadows, and/or The Void but these have not yet been confirmed.
